As you can see from the picture we had a beautiful day on the Oregon Coast for our beach wedding and we had a fantastic time celebrating with our family and friends. After our grocery shopping running around we went for an outdoor bicycle ride and rode our regular 17 mile loop. I even added a 1/2 tsp of pumpkin extract because I had it, but it just wasn't enough.  I'm not sure it's possible get a full-flavor pumpkin scone though because of the different nature in the two.  Scones don't need a lot of moisture, but pumpkin has a lot of moisture in it. I did however discover an awesome version of sugar cookies perfect for cutouts.
